This two bedroom ground floor apartment is the ideal choice of property for a small family or group of friends. The ground floor location may also suit those with limited mobility, particularly as private allocated parking is available right outside.
A super king size bed is available in the main bedroom – hotel quality and very comfortable. A built in mirrored wardrobe provides plenty of storage and of course there are plenty of pillows available.
The second bedroom has a single day bed and also has built in wardrobes.
Both bedrooms have blackout blinds so a good night’s sleep is guaranteed.
The living/dining room is a comfortable space to relax in the evenings. There’s a large 50″ TV with a huge selection of DVDs to choose from. An extendable dining table provides seating for 6-10 people – ideal if you’re planning a family dinner, particularly over the Christmas or New Year break.
The kitchen is separate from the living space and is fully equipped with everything you need to cater for yourself. You have the luxury of a dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine and washing machine (handy for those longer stays).
The bathroom has been recently refurbished into a luxury shower room with underfloor heating and Airboost shower. A supply of Scottish quality toiletries are provided.
